From Physician to Patient — and Back to Purpose

Dr Yogita's mission became deeply personal after experiencing chronic post-viral pain herself. Despite her medical knowledge, she encountered the fear, uncertainty, frustration and identity loss that often accompany persistent pain.

Her recovery journey helped her recognise that meaningful progress may require more than reports, procedures or medication. People also need to understand their pain, calm the fear response, rebuild movement confidence, create consistent habits and reconnect with a meaningful life.

This experience inspired Pain-Free Angels Hub and the Pain Freedom Method.

To help people living with chronic pain rebuild confidence and create a meaningful life beyond pain.

To build one of India's most trusted physician-led chronic pain education and transformation platforms.
